Changing Seats in Online Check-In
Passengers whose booked fare does not include free seat reservation will automatically be assigned a seat in the check-in process. Passengers who wish to change their seat have the opportunity after successful online check-in to view the seat map and, subject to availability, to select a different seat category for a fee.
Passengers who have already purchased a seat category may change their seat, subject to availability, within the same category or in another lower category.
A seat may be changed online up to 2 hours before departure on flights operated by ITA Airways, Lufthansa, SWISS, Brussels Airlines, and Austrian Airlines. Payment for this change may only be made by credit card.
