Group Size Requirements: A minimum of ten people must travel together on the same outbound and return flights. Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Eligible Routes: Valid on flights operated by ITA Airways or in combination with Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Edelweiss, and SWISS departing from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
Payment: Full payment via credit card or bank transfer is required within seven days of booking.
Passenger Names: All group members’ names must be submitted at least 14 days before departure. Failure to provide names within this period will result in booking cancellation and a service fee.
Ticket Issuance: Travel documents will be issued 14 days before departure.
Booking Changes: Modifications to the flight itinerary are not permitted.
Name Changes: Name changes are free of charge before tickets are issued. Once tickets are issued, a fee of €100 per person applies. Exceptions are made for legal name changes (e.g., due to marriage), which remain free of charge after issuance.
Cancellations & Refunds (Before Ticket Issuance): Up to 20% of the group (rounded up) may cancel at least 14 days before departure, provided the 10-person minimum is maintained. A full refund of the fare will be provided for these individuals. For cancellations made less than 14 days before departure, only unused taxes and surcharges are refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds (After Ticket Issuance): If a reservation is canceled after tickets are issued, the base fare and surcharges are non-refundable. Only unused taxes and fees will be refunded.
