Designed to blend harmoniously with its surroundings, the new Runway Lounge at Linate Airport serves as a bridge between Milan—the international capital of fashion and design—and the world of aviation. The name itself evokes both the airfield and the fashion runway, symbolizing the unique intersection of style and travel.
Spanning 482 square meters, the Runway Lounge is designed to transform airport waiting time into an exclusive experience, defined by distinctive furnishings and collaborations with premier Made in Italy partners:

  • illycaffè: Your pre-flight break becomes a sensory journey. Enjoy the intense aroma of freshly ground coffee beans.
  • Campari: Discover the charm of the Italian aperitivo ritual with iconic cocktails like the Negroni, Campari Spritz, and Americano.
  • Poltrona Frau: Relax in the Jay Lounge chaise longue, where comfort and style blend in an enveloping embrace.
  • iGuzzini: Expertly crafted lighting creates an intimate, welcoming atmosphere designed to let you experience a moment of authentic well-being before your flight.

The Runway Lounge offers 125 seats across three dedicated zones: a food court, a relaxation area, and a business area. Among its most iconic features is a charming "silent room" built inside a replica of an ITA Airways fuselage—a striking, scenographic tribute to the world of aviation.
Every detail reflects a vision of style, authenticity, and refinement.

Useful Information

  • Digital Newsstand: Enjoy unlimited access to thousands of newspapers and magazines covering entertainment, culture, sports, fashion, and more—available from 62 countries in over 35 languages, and delivered directly to your device.
  • Reserved Workstations: Ideal for calls and meetings, featuring free Wi-Fi to ensure you stay connected.
  • Dining Service Hours: A menu featuring three service slots; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hot dishes are served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, enjoy the Italian aperitivo, a timeless classic.

The Runway Lounge is located on the first floor of the Schengen Departures area at Milan Linate Airport, near gates A17 and A21. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Additionally, if you meet the entry requirements and are departing on flights AZ1637, AZ1285, or AZ1629, you may access the Leonardo Lounge between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Lounge access is permitted only to customers departing on flights operated by ITA Airways who meet one of the following conditions:

  • Business/Business Class Short Haul passengers (except for Business Class Short Haul Classic);
  • Hon Circle and Senator members of the Miles & More program;
  • Miles & More Frequent Travellers (access permitted on flights operated by ITA Airways or Lufthansa Group airlines);
  • Gold passengers of Star Alliance member airlines;
  • ITA Airways American Express Platinum credit card holders;
  • ITA Airways American Express Gold credit card holders (entitled to two entry vouchers per year).

Please note that lounge access is permitted only on the same day as the departing flight and/or in connection with another ITA Airways flight.
