Lost & Found

In the event of lost or damaged baggage, or loss of personal items during your ITA Airways flight, please visit the Baggage Assistance desk to receive the necessary support. Learn more in the dedicated section.

Baggage Assistance

If you need assistance with your baggage, please visit the ITA Airways Baggage Assistance desk in the Arrivals Area before leaving the airport. Our dedicated staff will be able to assist you in the event of:

  • missing baggage: to recover your baggage as quickly as possible and arrange delivery to the address you indicated
  • damaged baggage: in order to verify whether you may receive a new suitcase with the same characteristics as the damaged one, or a voucher for the purchase of ITA Airways tickets

Have you left a personal item aboard an ITA Airways flight arriving at Fiumicino or in an ITA Airways lounge at Fiumicino?
You can request assistance at our Baggage Assistance Office in the Arrivals Area, or contact the Found Items service by email at [email protected]The link will be opened in a new browser tab, providing the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Contact details (address, phone number, email, fax)
  • Date of loss
  • Flight number
  • A detailed description of the forgotten item

Please note that recovered items will be held by ITA Airways for 20 days from the date they are found. After this period, they will be transferred to the ADR Found Objects OfficeThe link will be opened in a new browser tab.
