Priority

Priority services include:

• Priority check-in: Check in at dedicated Priority counters to reach your flight faster.
• Extra Baggage allowance: The option to check in one or more additional pieces of baggage compared to other passenger categories.
• Priority baggage delivery: Your baggage is delivered first at the arrival baggage carousel.
• Priority on waiting lists: Priority status in the event of overbooking.
• Priority baggage drop-off: Drop off your baggage at dedicated Priority drop-off counters.
• Priority Transfer Desk: Priority channel at the Transit desk (service available at the Hub).
• Priority security lanes: Proceed quickly through security checks using dedicated Priority lanes (​available at selected airports only).
• Priority Boarding: Board among the first passengers, or whenever you prefer, using dedicated Priority lanes.
• Ticketing: Priority channel at the Ticketing desk (service available at the hub)
• Priority Lost&Found: Priority channel at Lost&Found desk (service available at the hub).
