Border Control
For international and non-Schengen flights, border checks must be completed before entering the boarding area at Pier E.
Border control wait times can vary throughout the day. Therefore, we recommend arriving well in advance.
If you are at least 14 years old and traveling with an electronic passport, you can use the airport’s automatic gates (E-Gates)The link will be opened in a new browser tab. These will allow you to clear security checks more quickly and avoid long lines.
Transfers
If you are in transit, you can go directly to the boarding area indicated on your boarding pass or on the airport monitors. Alternatively, you may visit the transit desks for further information.
Boarding is available for up to 15 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time. After this time, boarding cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the gate well in advance.
