The ITA Airways Gift Card is a gift for many occasions. The Gift Card is not personalized. The person who receives it will be able to choose from their most-wanted destinations on the ITA Airways website and App. You can buy the ITA Airways Gift Card with the amount you prefer and send it by email to the recipient, along with your personal greeting message: the recipient can download it, print it and use it to buy anything they want in on the ITA Airways website and App.

The ITA Airways Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process in the “Receiver” field if it is a gift, or to the email address listed in the “Sender’s details” if purchasing for yourself.
If the “Send later” option was selected at the time of purchase, the Gift Card will be generated and sent on the delivery date specified.

Once purchased, your ITA Airways Gift Card will be available and usable immediately. 

ITA Airways Gift Card is not refundable. Not even in case of loss, theft or damage (for example: illegibility of the numerical code). The card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced.

To use it, select the flights of your choice and any additional services on the ITA Airways website and App. Once you've made your selection, simply enter the Gift Card Number and the PIN code during the payment phase. If the Gift Card has a higher value than the airfare purchased, the code can be reused multiple times until it is depleted. If the value of your Gift Card is lower than the ticket price, you can cover the difference by paying with a credit card during the purchase. The Gift Card can be used with other discount codes and other Gift Cards (a maximum of 3 Gift Cards is allowed only if they cover the total ticket value). We remind you that Gift Cards are not compatible with PayPal, Cash&Point and the “Time to Think” service.

Gift Cards cannot be recharged.

The ITA Airways Gift Card is valid for one year from the time of issue and the flight should be completed no later than 12 months after the expiry date of the Gift Card.

If you purchased or received a Gift Card as a gift before 15 September 2024, you can always check the orders placed by accessing this link with your credentials.

If the Gift Card value is higher than the ticket price, the remaining balance will stay available on the Gift Card for future use.
