Up to 31 January 2021, when you purchase a Classic fare (Economy or Business) to fly until 31 March 2022 (last return date) change is free! With the Classic fare, hold baggage is always included.
Here are the terms of the free change:
- The change can be requested before the departure date of the trip or even later (within one year from the date of the original flight), as long as the passenger cancels the flight booking before departure (no-show not allowed)
- Only one change is allowed
- No penalty is charged for the booking change
- In the event of change of departure date, if the original booking class is not available, a fare supplement may be charged
- Change of destination is allowed, upon payment of a fare difference based on the destination and any difference in the booking class, between destinations of the same geographical type:
a. Original ticket with domestic destination for a different domestic destination
b. Original ticket with international and/or intercontinental destination for another international and/or intercontinental destination
