ISSUING / CHANGING TICKETS
From 00:01 (CET) on 22 November and for the following 24 hours, tickets will only be issued and/or changed at airport ticket offices for flights departing between 22 and 25 November.
ANCILLARY FLIGHT SERVICES
During this time, it will only be possible to buy and/or change ancillary flight services (e.g. seat selection, lounge access, upgrades, etc.) at airport ticket offices and at our check-in desks.
CHECK-IN AND FLIGHT SCHEDULES
Online and airport check-in will remain available as usual.
The sales system upgrade will not result in any change in flight schedules.
