You can manage flight changes and refunds quickly, easily and completely independently, both on our website and via the ITA Airways APP. All you need to do is follow these three simple steps:

1.      Click on “My Flights” on the homepage;

2.      Enter the Booking/Ticket Number and the Surname of one of the people included in the booking;

3.      Follow the instructions to proceed as required.

Online changes and refunds may be made in accordance with the fare rules.
