Dear customer,
before proceeding we consider it appropriate to inform you that, at the moment, the Volare area, the registration, your personal area and the correspondence relating to participation in the program are only available in Italian and English.
ITA Airways has already taken steps to ensure that the entire Volare program and the connected communication flow are made available as soon as possible in the language of your country.
Search booking
Search for your booking and check-in. Online check-in is available 48 hours prior to the departure of your flight. For flights to/from the USA and Canada, online check-in is only available 24 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Minors (up to and including 14 years old) can check in online only if they are traveling accompanied by an adult. Read the dedicated page
From 12 October 2025, the new Entry/Exit System (EES) will become operational in the Schengen area, dedicated exclusively to passengers who do not hold a passport issued by an EU country. Find detailed information here
