WHAT IS SHOP&FLY
Shop&Fly is an Aeroporti di Roma service that allows you to book your favorite products online: perfumes, make-up and cosmetics from leading brands, a wide selection of foods and wines, and an assortment of toys, all for collection at the airport. A 10% discount is applied to all online orders.
HOW IT WORKS
Shop&Fly is available to all passengers
- departing from Rome Fiumicino Airport for any destination, and orders can be placed from 30 days up to 1 hour 45 minutes before the flight departure time. Orders can be paid for and picked up in the Aelia Duty Free shops in the airport, at the special Shop&Fly cash desk with priority ITA Airways queue. Payments can be made in cash, by debit or credit card, and using digital payments
- arriving at Rome Fiumicino Airport from any destination
- orders can be placed from 30 days before up to boarding the flight to Rome Fiumicino. Orders can be paid for and picked up at the ITA Airways Pick-up Point in the baggage collection hall (Terminal 1 for arrivals from Italy or a Schengen country, Terminal 3 for arrivals from non-Schengen countries). Payments can be made in cash, by debit or credit card, and using digital payments.
- orders can be placed during flights bound for Rome Fiumicino from any destination. Passengers can access this service for free using the on-board Wi-Fi.
