Issuing an Invoice
Please note that for passenger transportation services, transportation tickets serve as tax certification (receipt) as required by Article 1 of Ministerial Decree 30/06/1992.
If purchasing tickets via the web platform, the invoice request must be made at the same time as purchasing the ticket using the appropriate link on the purchase confirmation page.
For invoicing requests relating exclusively to the amount paid for the “Time to Think” service, please contact our Customer Information Assistance Office. From Italy and abroad, you may call +39 06 85960020 (*), available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Italian time).
Requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours after purchase of the service and may refer only to the amount paid for the service itself. Requests for services other than “Time to Think” will not be honored.
For purchases made via the Customer Information Assistance Office, the invoice request can only be made at the same time as the purchase.
Starting January 1, 2019, with the entry into force of Electronic Invoicing, invoices subject to the relevant regulations will no longer be delivered at the same time as the request, but will be sent to the address indicated at the time of request, after validation by the Revenue Agency's Exchange System. Please also remember that the original tax and legally valid invoice will be available in your tax drawer on the Revenue Agency website from the moment it is issued upon request, within the time required to process the application.
