Minors aged between 2 and 16 may be enrolled in the Volare AVVENTURA program by their parents/guardians by filling out the registration form at this link.

To complete the child’s registration, parents/guardians will be required to provide:

• a self-declaration of their parental responsibility;
• their email address

the email address of the parent/guardian must correspond to the email address of an active adult Volare member.

The email address relating to the minor enrolling as a Volare AVVENTURA member must be different to any other email address already used and associated with another Volare account. In other words, the child’s registration email address cannot be the same as the parent’s email address.

Should a parent/guardian wish to enroll more than one minor in the Volare AVVENTURA program, a different email address will have to be entered for every minor. The email address cannot be the one used by the parent/guardian for their own registration in the Volare program nor the one used for the registration of another minor in the Volare AVVENTURA program.

How does the Volare AVVENTURA program work?

Just like members of the Volare program, members of the Volare AVVENTURA program can

• earn Volare points by purchasing flights sold and operated by ITA Airways and by availing of the products and services of the Volare program partners;
• use accumulated Volare points to reach ITA Airways destinations by purchasing tickets in cash&points mode or to benefit from the services of Volare program partners;
• enjoy a whole host of benefits by downloading the digital Volare AVVENTURA card and taking it with you at all times;
• join subsequent Clubs and enjoy all the benefits associated with them by earning qualifying Volare points.

• In your restricted area, you can create a family by connecting the accounts of a minimum of 1 adult and 1 minor both enrolled in the Volare program.
• From a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 100,000 non-qualifying Volare points may be transferred in a year within a family. The family may consist of a maximum of 2 adults and 6 minors.

PLEASE NOTE: To create a family in your restricted area, both the adults and the minors must be enrolled in the respective Volare and Volare AVVENTURA programs.

1.      Once the child has been enrolled in the Volare AVVENTURA program, the adult can create a family by accessing his or her restricted area and clicking on the box “Create a family”;

2.      The adult will then have to enter the first name, last name and Volare number of the minor enrolled in the Volare AVVENTURA program he or she wants to invite into the family, at which point the minor will be automatically added to the family without any action on the latter’s part.

3.      Once the family consists of at least 1 adult and 1 minor, it is possible to use the “Transfer Volare Points with the Family” feature. From a minimum of 5,000 up to a maximum of 100,000 non-qualifying Volare points may be transferred in a year within a family.

4.      The family may consist of a maximum of 2 adults and 6 minors.

5.      Only the adult Volare member who created the family can manage it through the following features:

a.      “Manage your family” to add more members (up to a maximum of 2 adults and 6 minors)
b.      “Remove family member” (subject to a minimum of 1 adult and 1 minor)
c.      “Remove Family” to remove the family account

6.      The adult Volare member who created the family can also use the “Transfer Volare points within your “Family” feature

7.      The other family members, i.e. the invited adult member and up to 6 minors, may use the following features:

a.      “Remove your account from the family”
b.      “Transfer Volare points within your Family” to transfer from a minimum of 5,000 up to 100,000 non-qualifying Volare points per year to other family members
