According to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981), you are entitled to apply in writing for a cash refund of your flight ticket within 14 days as from the date of the booking, if there are at least 7 working days before the date of the departure. The cancellation fees for tickets cancelled under the above terms are the lower between 5% of the total fare of each ticket, or ILS 100 per each ticket booked.
In cases in which ticket(s) were booked via a “Remote Sale Transaction” by either a "disabled person", or a "senior citizen", or a "new immigrant" according to the definitions of these expressions prescribed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law of 1981 the booking may be cancelled by providing a cancellation notice not later than 4 months as from of the date of the booking or from the date on which a document containing the details listed in article 14C(b) was provided (according to the later) subject to at least 7 working days prior to the date of the flight departure.
The above right for cancellation is applicable only with respect to bookings/reservations that were made by way of conversation between the dealer and the consumer (whether a telephone conversation or a conversation through on-line digital measures). The cancellation fees for tickets cancelled under the above terms shall be equal to the lower between 5% of the price of each ticket or ILS 100 per each ticket.
If you cancel other reservations that don’t meet the conditions above, you’ll be charged with the standard cancellation fee as per ticket fare rule.

When applying for ticket refund please always include the full details of your reservation, including the full customer’s name, identity card number, phone number and e-ticket number.
Requests for refunds of tickets purchased from travel agents should be addressed to the agent.
