Start enjoying a special treatment right away: no need to make sacrifices while preparing your bags as you can carry 2 pieces of luggage weighing up to 32 kg each for free, plus an 8 kg carry-on baggage and an accessory.
Once you arrive at the airport you will enjoy the very best services designed to save you time and help you relax, with private check-in desks and dedicated security gates.
Once you have passed security, you can decide to do a spot of shopping or enjoy some refreshments in one of our Lounges at the Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Catania Fontanarossa airports.
Here you can wait for your flight in comfort, relaxing in an armchair and enjoying free Wi-Fi, a cocktail and a delicious snack. In Rome, we look forward to seeing you in the elegant Piazza di Spagna lounge, where you will find a bar and a specialty buffet always at your disposal, along with an excellent express pizza service to be enjoyed before your departure.
Time to leave? Nothing could be simpler: priority boarding will get you settled quickly into your seat.

To make your trip an authentic wellness journey, as well as the clutch, you will find a soft cosmetics bag by the leading international wellness company QC Terme. The kit contains:

Italian haute cuisine at high-altitudes
Aboard our long-haul Business Class, you'll explore the best of Italy's cuisine right from the outset.
Wait for take-off while wiping away the fatigue from your face with a warm towel, enjoy a delicious welcome glass of Prosecco, and when you reach cruising altitude, you'll be ready for the extraordinary à la carte menu we have in store for you: : a unique haute cuisine experience enhanced by Chef Norbert Niederkofler who, in collaboration with Mauro Siega, Executive Chef at his 3-Michelin-star restaurant Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler, has created 4 dishes representative of his sustainability-inspired cuisine. Strictly seasonal products are the undisputed stars of the dishes offered, revealing the genuine, wholesome flavors of the mountains.
The Chef’s proposals start with an appetizer of turnips and goat (“Rapa e capra”), continue with a Tyrolean-style mountain carbonara (“Carbonara tirolese di montagna”) and an all-vegetarian mushroom goulash with grilled bread dumplings (“Gulasch di funghi e canederli piastrati”), and finish with some “Enrosadira”, a dessert whose coloring calls to mind pink sunsets over the Dolomites.
The dishes are all rooted in a deep-seated respect for nature’s cycles, making Chef Niederkofler one of the first to receive the “Michelin green star”.
In addition, our menu offers a variety of other options, from which passengers can choose, ever certain of the ingredients’ seasonal freshness and of an all-Italian experience of culinary excellence.
A menu of this quality must of course be accompanied by a list of fine wines by the best Italian wine makers.
You can then decide to end this bespoke sensory journey by sipping a delicious limoncello or a cup of 100% Arabica Lavazza.
The bar service and kitchen will be at your disposal for the duration of the flight: you can choose the best time for you, because there can be no better experience than the one you want.

The menu with the dishes by the Michelin-starred Chefs relates to flights departing from Italy. On flights departing from abroad, you will find a traditional Italian menu and other high-quality dishes.
