If you have left an item on board a flight arriving at Fiumicino, or in one of our lounges in Rome, you can request assistance at our Lost&Found office, Arrivals area, or by writing to the Found Items Service via the email address: lostitems@ita-airways.com specifying flight number, date, name, surname, contact details (address, telephone, fax, email), name of the lounge and detailed description of the forgotten item.                                         

Upon confirmation of the discovery of the item, the offices for the collection of lost items are open for our customers every day from 7 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Lost&Found offices in Fiumicino

We would also like to inform you that the objects found will be kept by ITA Airways  for 20 days from the date of discovery, after which they will be entrusted to the ADR Lost Property Office.
