- The promotion is valid for purchases made on ita-airways.com and the ITA Airways app from 3 to 9 November 2023 and is only valid on flights operated by ITA Airways (excluding codeshare flights)
- Changes are only possible for flights in the period 10 November – 15 December (period of travel). Within this period, it is permitted to change date/time for free only through the Customer Center.
- The promotion allows a change to be made free of charge, with the understanding that the customer should pay a supplement to the ticket price in case of unavailability of the original booking class
