To take advantage of these benefits, the employee will need to enter their Frequent Flyer code (including the zeros) when they make the booking or check-in. Furthermore, they will also need to enter the company’s FQTB identification code when booking the flight.

All they need is a pre-existing VOLARE Program account with ITA Airways, or they can sign up for a new one on the official ita-airways.com website.
Once they’ve signed up, all they have to do is visit their personal page and associate their user profile with the company’s account by typing in the INVITE Code they received in the email.
From then on, both you and your employees can start taking advantage of the program’s exclusive benefits.
