Every member of the Volare program who purchases one or more return flights sold and operated by ITA Airways between 12/04/2024 and 12/31/2024 and flies between 12/04/2024 and 02/28/2025 (last return date possible) from Rome Fiumicino to London (or vice versa) will earn 2000 Volare points.The 2000 points are considered non-qualifying. 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction the Member Get Member promotion. 

The promotion also applies to multi-route bookings. The 2,000 non-qualifying points will only be credited for the Rome Fumicino-London outbound and return flights. With reservations that also include routes not covered by the promotion, points will only be awarded for the routes on promotion. For example, on the Dubai-Rome-Rome-London route (with a stopover in Rome), points will only be awarded for the Rome-London route.

To avail yourself of the promotion you must be a Volare member. 

Points will be credited within 60 days following the date of the flight. 

The 2,000 points will be credited exclusively for the first flight taken during the promotional period and in accordance with the offer conditions.

Terms and conditions

1. The Member Get Member Promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Volare Loyalty S.p.A. and Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. ("ITA Airways") and allows existing Volare Members (meaning both Adult Members and Minor Members, as defined in the Volare Program Rules) (each an "Inviter" and collectively "Inviters") to earn the right to earn Non-Qualifying Volare Points ("NQ") by inviting individuals to (a) enroll as Volare Members (each an "Invitee" and collectively "Invitees") in the Volare Program and (b) complete an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Section 7 below). In these terms and conditions, the Inviters and Invitees shall collectively be referred to as 'Participants'.

2. This Promotion begins on 11/26/2024 and ends on 12/20/2024, unless extended. ("Promotion Entry Period").

3. All Volare members at the start of the Promotion Entry Period are eligible to participate as Promotion Inviters.

4. Inviters may participate in this promotion by providing Invitees with an invitation code, which can be viewed in the Volare Personal Area by accessing it via the web only. Invitees must then register for Volare using the above details and within the promotional entry period. Each Invitee must also complete a Qualifying Transaction as defined in Section 7 below between 11/26/2024 and 12/20/2024 (the "Qualifying Transaction Period").

5. The Inviter will receive 2,000 NQ Volare points provided the following conditions are met:

a) Invitees must successfully register as a new Volare member by entering the invitation code provided by the Inviter in the 'INVITE CODE' section of the web or app registration form at https://www.ita-airways.com within the Promotion Entry Period.

b) Once the registration has been completed, the Invitee will receive a welcome email from Volare containing their Volare membership number.

c) The Invitee must then make a Qualifying Transaction using their new Volare membership number within the Qualifying Transaction Period.

6. Regardless of the number of Invitees, each Inviter may earn up to a maximum of 10,000 NQ Volare Points from the Promotion, equivalent to 5 Invitees making a Qualifying Transaction during the specified Eligibility Period.

7. A Qualifying Transaction is the following transaction:

a) Take a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways on https://www.ita-airways.com between 11/26/2024 and 12/20/2024 ("Qualifying Transaction").

Please note that in order to complete the Qualifying Transaction, the Invitee must provide his or her Volare Card number at the time of ticket purchase or at the time of check-in if the flight was purchased on a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways prior to enrollment in the Volare Program. It should also be noted that any flight purchased and used for the purpose of the Qualifying Transaction may not be purchased on a cash/points basis.

8. Volare reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, terminate or otherwise alter these terms and conditions, and will notify participants of such changes in the same manner as it announced the promotion.

9. Volare reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of Inviters and Invitees to participate in the Promotion. The deletion of an account belonging to an Inviter or an Invitee automatically excludes their participation in the Promotion.

10. Enrollment in the Volare Program by Invitees must be made in accordance with the enrollment process set forth in the Volare Program Rules. Volare NQ points must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Volare program, available at https://www.ita-airways.com/it_it/volare/theprogram/regulations.html.

11. For both Inviters and Invitees, the NQ Volare points earned under this promotion will be credited to their Volare accounts within 60 days of the Invitee's use of a ticket on a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways.

12. Inviters may submit an unlimited number of Invitees, subject to the maximum number of NQ Volare Points that may be earned as set out in Section 6 above. Inviters shall not be deemed to have made a successful referral if the Invitee is an existing Volare member.

13. Each Volare member can only have one Volare membership account. Any fraudulent or duplicate Volare account, including the original Volare account, will be suspended and excluded from the promotion.

14. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any personal data submitted (including his/her name, Volare Code and email address) may be collected, used or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by Volare for the purposes of the Promotion. Participants' personal information will be processed in accordance with Volare's Privacy Policy.

15. In relation to any referral, the Invitee represents and warrants that he or she did not improperly obtain the Invitation Code from the Inviter.

16. Companies and other legal entities are not eligible to enter the promotion.

17. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification at any stage of the Promotion.

Every member of the Volare program who purchases one or more return flights sold and operated by ITA Airways between 11/18/2024 and 11/24/2024 and flies between 12/01/2024 and 02/28/2025 (last return date possible) from Italy to Dubai, Bangkok, Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro, Buenos Aires or Tokyo (or vice versa) will earn double Volare points. 

Double points are considered non-qualifying. 

Non-qualifying double points will only be awarded for the outbound and return routes from Rome Fiumicino to Dubai, Bangkok, Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro, Buenos Aires or Tokyo. With reservations that also include routes not covered by the promotion, points will only be awarded for the routes on promotion. For example, on the Milan-Rome-Rome-Dubai route (with a stopover in Rome), points will only be awarded for the Rome-Dubai route. 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction the Member Get Member promotion.

Passengers with group bookings are included in the promotion. 

To avail yourself of the promotion you must be a Volare member. 

Points will be credited within 60 days following the date of the flight.

In the event of reissuing the ticket with a date subsequent to the period of the promotion for the purchase of the ticket, the points will not be credited.

Terms and conditions

1. The Member Get Member Promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Volare Loyalty S.p.A. and Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. It should also be noted that any flight purchased and used for the purpose of the Qualifying Transaction may not be purchased on a cash/points basis.

Terms & Conditions

The 20% discount applies to Economy and Premium Economy fares (excluding taxes and surcharges) and the 10% discount applies to Business fares (excluding taxes and surcharges).

The 20% and 10% discounts are valid for round-trip tickets sold and operated by ITA Airways, from Italy to Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, Washington Chicago, Toronto. Flights must be purchased between 05/08/2024  and 05/13/2024 and taken between 05/13/2024 and 06/30/2024 (last permitted return date).

To take advantage of the discount, you must register for the Volare program exclusively through this link (or through the link in the email, if received) between May 2 and May 6, 2024.

To complete the registration, you need to access the email and click on the appropriate link. 

The customer will receive the discount code by email on May 7, 2024.

Youth fares are excluded from the promotion. The discount only applies to adult fares.  

The promotional code cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
