CHRISTMAS IS COMING: 3,500 POINTS PROMOTION

All customers enrolled in the Volare program who already own or have purchased a flight both sold and operated by ITA Airways to fly in the period from 15/11/2022 to 15/12/2022 to any destination, will receive 3,500 Volare points

Points will be credited only for the first ticket flown in the indicated period.          

The points are to be considered qualifying and non-qualifying.

Passengers with group bookings are excluded from the promotion.

 

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS

Through the appropriate "Invite your friends" function in the personal area, all Volare members who invite their friends to join the ITA Airways loyalty program will have the opportunity to accumulate points.

For each successful registration, until 02/01/2023 both the sender and recipient of the invitation will receive 1,000 Volare points.

The points will be awarded to the first ten friends who complete their registration after receiving the invitation.You can continue to invite other friends after the first ten, but no further bonus points will be allocated for either the sender or recipient of the invitation.

The 1,000 bonus points will be considered non-qualifying.

The points will be credited within 48 hours following the confirmation of registration via an email by the invited person, and confirmation that their registration is complete.

ITA AIRWAYS' ANNIVERSARY: DOUBLE VOLARE POINTS PROMOTION

All clients registered in the Volare program who purchase a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways between 15/10/2022 and 15/11/2022 to flight in the period between 15/10/2022 and 31/12/2022 (last return date) will obtain double Volare points.

Double points will be considered as qualifying and non qualifying.

STATUS MATCH SUMMER 2022: SUMMARY CONDITIONS

1) It is possible to participate in the Volare - ITA Airways status match campaign from 2 August to 30 September 2022.

2) To participate you must:

- join the ITA Airways Volare program, if you are not already a member.
- be in possession of an airline ticket in your own name which is simultaneously sold and operated by ITA Airways. Only tickets with a travel date after 2 August 2022 will be admitted.
- be in possession of a premium card of a loyalty program of one of the airlines listed below. Valid cards and cards expiring in 2019-2020-2021-2022 will be accepted. Only cards on which the applicant's name and surname are written in Latin characters, as shown on their identity document, will be considered valid.

- request the matching of their status in the manner described below.

 

3) Only members belonging to the premium clubs can join the Status Match campaign (clubs not accessible with the sole registration to the program, for example Ulisse, Freccia Alata, Freccia Alata Plus, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Frequent Traveler, Senator, HON Circle). Those who have already joined the previous editions of the same campaign and who have already been granted access to one of our exclusive clubs as provided therein will not be able to take part in this Status Match campaign.

 

4) The new status and the related digital card will be recognized in the ITA Airways systems as soon as the matching process has been completed and the members will receive a service communication via email confirming this recognition within 60 days of the request.

 

5) In case of failure to match the status, the members will receive an email to inform them of the negative result.

 

6) Any requests that do not include all the requested data or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed.

 

How to request a Status Match?

 

Request a Status Match and join one of our exclusive clubs by completing two simple steps:


1) If you haven't already subscribed, sign up to the Volare program

 

2) Send an email from the address with which you signed up for the Volare program to statusmatch@ita-airways.com following the instructions below:

 

a.   Contained in the subject of the email: Status Match 2022

b.   Listed in the text of the email: Full name; "Program of origin" and "Status of origin" (e.g. Miles & More – HON Circle); Volare Frequent Flyer number, ticket number (according to the criteria listed in point 2 of the summary conditions)

c.   Please attach a legible copy of your current valid Frequent Flyer program card (digital or physical) and a copy of your identity card¹  (pdf, jpg format)

 

Your Status Match request will be reviewed and you will be sent a email to confirm if your status has been recognized within 60 days.

 

¹ The data on the identity card will not be processed but will be used exclusively to verify that the name and surname shown on it match those on the loyalty card.

 

Privacy Status Match Policy

STATUS MATCH SPRING 2022: SUMMARY CONDITIONS

1) The initiative is for members belonging to the premium tier of the Frequent Flyer Programs of the following selected airlines:

  • British Airways - Executive Club
  • EL Al - Matmid
  • Emirates – Skywards
  • Iberia – Iberia Plus
  • Lufthansa – Miles and More
  • Qatar Airlines - Privilege Club
  • Royal Jordanian – Royal Club
  • Singapore Airlines – KrisFlyer
  • Swiss Air – Miles & More
  • TAP – Miles & Go
  • Turkish Airways – Miles & Smile
  • United Airlines - Mileage plus

2) From 15 March to 15 April 2022, members can participate in the Status Match campaign by registering for the Volare program of ITA Airways (if they are not already members) and request for us to match their current status within another loyalty program so they can access one of our exclusive clubs.

3) The Status Match campaign can only be joined by members belonging to premium tiers (tiers not accessible simply by signing up to the program, e.g.  Ulisse, Freccia Alata, Freccia Alata Plus, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Frequent Traveller, Senator, HON Circle). Those who have already joined the previous edition of the same campaign and who have already been granted access to one of our exclusive clubs as provided therein will not be able to take part in this Status Match campaign.

4) The new status will be recognized in ITA Airways systems as soon as the matching process is completed and the members will receive a service communication via email confirming this recognition by 15/05/2022.

5) If the status is not matched, you will receive an email of negative result no later than 15/05/2022 in which it will be specified which guidelines indicated in the regulation have not been followed.

6) The new status will be available and visible to members as soon as the process is completed matching process and by 15/05/2022.

7) The digital card will be available and visible to members as soon as the matching process is completed and at latest by 15/05/2022.

8) Membership of the exclusive club recognized under this Status Match campaign will be valid for 1 (one) calendar year starting from 15/04/2022.

9) Any requests that do not include all the requested data or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed
