· Click here and book your appointment you can do so from seven days prior to departure;
· Enter your flight, the number of people traveling and your email address;
· Once you have completed the booking, you will receive an email with the details of your appointment and the QR Code;
· On the day of departure, arrive at the specified time (with a margin of +/- 15 minutes) at the QPass lane and show your QR Code to access the dedicated lane.
