ARRIVE IN TIME FOR YOUR FLIGHT. THE CHECK-IN TIME LIMITS AT THE AIRPORT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Domestic flights and Schengen area: 40 minutes
• International long haul flights and extra Schengen area: 60 minutes

If you are traveling to the United States, please make sure you get to the check-in desks at least 3 hours and half before your departure time for the documents verification.

If you are traveling with your pet, make sure you get to the check-in desk at least 90 minutes prior to your departure time and check here the mode of transport.

If you are traveling with your wheelchair, we advise you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time, so we can provide you with the best possible assistance or at the point within the airport boundary designated not later than two hours before the published departure time. For ITA Airways flights, the boarding gate closes 15 minutes before the flight departure time. This time may be different in some airports. The time when you can board and the gate number are indicated on your boarding pass and on the various screens. As the gate number might change, please listen to the announcements and check the information screens in the airport.
