Our on-board menus have been created to honor Italian cuisine, combining tradition and innovation to amaze our guests with always new flavors while at the same time making them feel at home.

Customers will travel through new fragrances and dishes inspired by the best of our country, presented in a simple and elegant style marked by the talent of the Italian chefs who will take turns in designing the on-board meals. The first to get on-board is Italy's most star-studded chef, Enrico Bartolini who, for flights departing from Italy, has reinterpreted 2 traditional Italian dishes: pappa al pomodoro and chicken hip with Amalfi scents.

From Outstations, passengers will enjoy more traditional recipes, inspired by homemade cooking, combined with lighter dishes and flavors.
