If your baggage is not delivered upon arrival, you should go to the Baggage Assistance Office at the arrival airport to fill out a Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.), of which you will receive a copy. You can also track the status of your baggage using ITA Airways’ dedicated tracking service.

If your baggage is not found within 45 days of reporting it, it will be considered lost. To request compensation, you can submit a claim using the ITA Airways contact form within 2 years from the date of your report; you will then be contacted at the details you provide.

If your baggage is delivered late, you can submit a report within 21 days from the date you received your belongings, using the online contact form.
