Flight Certification
For anyone who needs to request a flight certification, we have a dedicated email address ([email protected]) where you can request documentation related to your flights.
The request must include:
- The ticket number for the trip you wish to certify (certification can only be requested for flights operated by ITA Airways)
- Your phone number
Attachments only:
- Personal documents (identity card or passport)
Our Customer Center will verify the documents submitted and contact you to finalize the request. This service costs €12 plus VAT.
Payment can be made using major credit and debit cards, including:
- American Express
- Diners
- Mastercard and Visa
Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email containing a document on ITA Airways letterhead that confirms the flight details and ticket price.
You can also request a "NOT FLYING CERTIFICATE" attesting that the flights were not operated at the same email address.

We wish to inform you that ITA Airways, as the Data Controller, will collect and process the personal data you provide to obtain the requested certification, for the sole purpose of verifying the applicant's identity and processing and/or responding to disputes relating to the request.
The processing will be carried out in compliance with the principles of fairness, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (Legislative Decree no. 101/2018).
