About the Flight Pass Rome Fiumicino – Milan Linate

Flight Pass Rome Fiumicino – Milan Linate is a package of prepaid vouchers to be used for the subsequent issuing of tickets on a single route, and which allows you to travel from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate in all periods of the year, at the fares chosen at the time of purchase.

The Flight Pass has restrictions regarding the booking class, which varies depending on the travel class chosen (Economy or Business Class) at the time of purchase, and is subject to the relevant conditions of the purchased Flight Pass.

Absolutely not! The price of the Flight Pass refers to the fare with taxes and surcharges always included, for all tickets issued.

Tickets issued include transport on flights operated directly by ITA Airways in the selected travel class (Economy or Business Class) and related services:

    Baggage allowance:

    • For Economy Class, one piece of hand baggage is permitted, weighing a maximum of 8 kg. None of the Economy Class fares include checked baggage. If you want to purchase checked baggage, please refer to the LIGHT FARE LUGGAGE CONDITIONS found at ita-airways.com
    • For Business Class Short Haul, one piece of hand baggage is permitted, weighing a maximum of 8 kg. None of the Business Class Short Haul fares include checked baggage. If you want to purchase checked baggage, please refer to the LIGHT FARE LUGGAGE CONDITIONS found at  ita-airways.com

    Purchasing the Flight Pass

    Every ticket issued can be used on a single route: in the case of a one-way trip, e.g. Rome-London, one ticket is issued; in the case of a round trip, e.g. Rome-London-Rome, two tickets are issued, the first for the Rome-Milan route and the second for the Milan-Rome route.

    No, the Flight Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by passengers indicated by the buyer.

    No, you cannot book flights that are not operated directly by ITA Airways.

    Yes, of course! You can share with up to four people.

    • You must enter the first passenger's name at the time of buying the Flight Pass and then add the other names within the booking period (one hour before travel). Once you add a name, you cannot delete it or change it to another name;
    • Each passenger may travel alone, or with one or more passengers per flight. Any passenger travelling alone cannot be an unaccompanied minor under the age of 15;
    • Once the Flight Pass has been purchased, it is not possible to increase the number of passengers;
    • Minors under the age of 15 can be added, but they cannot travel alone, as the “Unaccompanied Minors” procedure is not permitted.

    To add subsequent passengers to your Flight Pass, click here, to enter the “Flight Pass” section, then select “Book flights” and, once you are redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your “Username” and “Password”. Next, enter the “Manage Passes”, “Add Passengers” section and select the Flight Pass purchased, then enter the name of each passenger and confirm.

    There is no minimum number of flights each passenger must take. For example, a passenger can issue 1 or all 50 tickets.

    No, the Flight Pass cannot be used by minors under the age of 15 unless accompanied by an adult. The “Unaccompanied Minors” procedure is not permitted.

    No, there is no discount on the Flight Pass for minors under the age of 15.

    Yes, at the time of making the purchase you can request an invoice by filling in a specific form.

    Use of the Flight Pass: issuing tickets

    To issue a ticket, click here and select “Book flights”; once you have been redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your “Username” and “Password”, select “Book flights”, select the Flight Pass purchased, the flight, the date, the departure time and the passenger receiving the ticket, then confirm and issue the ticket. You can search for and book ITA Airways flights as per the parameters selected in the Flight Pass.

    Once the ticket has been issued, before the flight departure, it is possible to change the date and time of the flight booked, subject to payment of a booking change supplement of €30 (ticket exchange only possible on the web platform and subject to availability of the dedicated booking class). Cancelation is not possible and the ticket is not refundable (refund is provided only in case of certified illness and/or death of the passenger and/or first degree relatives, as laid down by the ITA Airways General Conditions of Transport). No-show is not allowed; in case of a no-show, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used.

    No, it is not possible to issue tickets after the “travel period” has expired.

    Unused tickets will not be refunded.

    In the case mentioned, you can issue tickets until July 1st. Tickets issued must be flown no later than 1 July.

    Using Flight Pass: changing ticket

    To change the date and time of your ticket, click here, select “Book flights” and, once you have been redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your “Username” and “Password”, go to “Manage Booking” > “Change Flight”, select the purchased Flight Pass and the booking to be changed, then issue the ticket subject to paying the supplement.

    Payment

    By credit and debit card. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

    No, at present it is not possible to buy a Flight Pass in installments.
