This service is available:
- Aboard the entire long-haul fleet (Airbus A350, Airbus A330-200 and Airbus A330neo);
- Aboard the Airbus A321neo as part of the short- and medium-haul fleet.
The connection service will be active on all aircraft from an altitude of 10,000 ft.
Stay connected with whoever you want using this service, which allows you to enjoy instant messaging apps on your devices.
Photos and videos are not supported.
Enjoy full internet access with this service: send emails and messages with photos and videos, browse the web, and stream content on board.
The range of services varies according to the type of aircraft, the route (short, medium or long haul) and the duration of the flight.
By logging in to the in-flight portal, you can find the services on your flight and their features, allowing you to choose the package that best suits your needs.
To activate in-flight connectivity, simply follow these steps:
- Put your device in Airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi
- Once permitted, connect your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to the ITAAirwaysWIFI network, open your browser. and you will be automatically redirected to the ITA Airways portal.
- Choose the Internet package you prefer by following the instructions on your device.
