Check-in Deadlines
Make sure to arrive on time for your flight. Airport check-in deadlines are as follows:
- Domestic and Schengen area flights: 40 minutes
- Long-haul international and non-Schengen flights: 60 minutes
Attention
For ITA Airways flights, boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, although this may vary at some airports. Your boarding pass, as well as the information screens, will display your boarding time and gate number. However, gate numbers may change, so be sure to check the information screens at the airport and listen to all announcements.
Travel-Specific Check-in Deadlines
Passengers traveling to the US should arrive at the check-in desks 3.5 hours before their flight to undergo document checks.
