Regulations

The Promoter, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 10, para. 4 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 430/2001, informs all Members of the changes to the Regulations resulting from the extension of the loyalty program, initially expiring on 30 March 2026 and now extended without interruption, only for the purpose of using Points via the “Volare Gift Card”, until 30 June 2026.

In view of the above extension, the prize pool will not be increased, which shall remain at an estimated total of €30,000,000 (thirty million).

Other than the amendments to the Regulations and their annexes, as listed below, and the formal amendments to adapt the text, with effect on the day following notification to the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, all the other substantive provisions of the Regulations, as defined below, will remain unchanged.

The following section of Article 3 – Duration:

Program Terms and Conditions applicable to the Program Extension Period, is amended as follows:

During the Program extension period, the following provisions will apply:

a.  Until 30 March 2026 (included), Members may continue to accrue, earn and use Points in the manner provided for by Article 5 of the Regulations.

b.  From 31 March 2026 and until 30 April 2026, Members may no longer accrue and earn additional Points, nor use the earned Points for redemption through the "Cash&Points" or "Award Ticket" modes or for the purchase of ancillary goods/services. During this period, Members may use the earned Points to obtain goods/services offered by Program Partners.

c.   From 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, Members will also be able to use their Points for redemption via the “Volare Gift Card” option, by accessing their personal account and using a minimum balance of 50,000 Points, for a value of €100.00, all as better described in the ​Terms&ConditionsThe link will be opened in a new browser tab

d.  The balance of Qualifying Points accrued as at 31 December 2025 will not be reset to zero: it will remain unchanged as at 1 January 2026 and may be increased with further Qualifying Points earned until 30 March 2026 (included).

e.  The Promoter and Co-Promoter reserve the right to notify the Members of any changes in the methods of accessing the Member's personal account and/or the section of the Promoter's website dedicated to obtaining the redemption of Points and related benefits.

It is hereby acknowledged that, in addition to the changes listed above, further coordination and updating adjustments have been made to the Regulations in order to align the text with the amendment mentioned above.

Below is the full text of the Regulations, as previously updated with amendment no. 11, and further supplemented with this amendment no. 12.

Amendment no. 12 of the Regulation enters into force on 20 December 2026.

Volare Code: indicates the individual Member’s personal 8-digit code.

Co-promoter: indicates Volare Loyalty S.p.A., as identified in article 2 below.

Family: group of multiple Member accounts, consisting of 1 or 2 Adult Members and 1 to 6 Minor Members registered by at least one of the Adult Members pursuant to art. 5 below, for a minimum of 2 accounts and a maximum of 8 accounts, within which Members can exchange Points earned.

Partner(s): indicates the Promoter’s commercial partners, a list of which can be seen in the following ​link.

Reward(s): indicates the airline tickets, discounts on the purchase of airline tickets or other rewards obtainable using the earned Points in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Regulations, including special on-board services, both on-air and on-ground (including, for example, lounge services and travel class upgrades).

Program: indicates this rewards operation aimed at retaining the Promoter's customer loyalty.

Promoter or ITA Airways: indicates ITALIA TRASPORTO AEREO S.p.A., as identified in Article 2 below.

Points: indicates the points earned overall through the Program when carrying out the actions under the Regulations.

Qualifying points: Points used to upgrade you to the next highest exclusive Volare club or retain your current membership; they’re obtained by purchasing flights simultaneously sold and operated by ITA Airways or by a Partner airline and count toward reaching Exclusive Club membership at the end of every calendar year (i.e. from 1 January to 31 December), and therefore are set to zero on 31 December of every year of the Program except the last.

Non-Qualifying Points: indicates the Points that can be used to request a Reward; these points shall remain valid until the end of the Program. They’re obtained by purchasing flights simultaneously sold and operated by ITA Airways, additional services, and services offered by Partners. They do not contribute towards upgrading or maintaining your membership in the club you currently belong to.

Regulations: indicates all of the terms and conditions, rules and regulations, contained in this document (as amended from time to time), on the ​www.ita-airways.com website and/or in any communications relating to the Program that govern the operation of said Program.

Member: refers to both Adult Members and Minor Members, as defined below.

Adult Member: indicates the natural person participating in the Program by virtue of their adhesion to and acceptance of the Regulations, who, at the time of registration, is at least 16 years of age.

Minor Member: indicates the natural person participating in the Program by virtue of their registration, pursuant to the Regulations, by a parent/guardian, who, at the time of registration, is between 2 and 15 years of age (up to and excluding their 16th birthday).

The Promoter of the ITA AIRWAYS VOLARE BUSINESS CLUB Program is ITALIA TRASPORTO AEREO S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as ITA Airways), with headquarters at Via XX Settembre 97 – 00187, Rome, Italy; VAT Identification Number, Fiscal Code and Italian Business Register Registration Number 15907661001.

The Co-Promoter of the Program is Volare Loyalty S.p.A., with headquarters at Piazza San Babila 4A – 20122, Milan, Italy; VAT Identification Number, Fiscal Code and Italian Business Register Registration Number 12281660964.

From 15 October 2021 to 30 March 2026, with the possibility of using Points until 30 June 2026.

In any event, the total duration of the scheme, including any extensions which will be communicated to recipients in accordance with the law, will be no more than five years.

Program Terms and Conditions applicable to the Program Extension Period

During the Program extension period, the following provisions will apply:

a.  Until 30 March 2026 (included), Members may continue to accrue, earn and use Points in the manner provided for by Article 5 of the Regulations.

b.  From 31 March 2026 and until 30 April 2026, Members may no longer accrue and earn additional Points, nor use the earned Points for redemption through the "Cash&Points" or "Award Ticket" modes or for the purchase of ancillary goods/services. During this period, Members may use the earned Points to obtain goods/services offered by Program Partners. The Promoter and Co-Promoter may communicate to the Members further methods of using the Points until the end of the Program.

c.  From 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, Members will also be able to use their Points for redemption via the “Volare Gift Card” option, by accessing their personal account and using a minimum balance of 50,000 Points, for a value of €100.00, all as better described in the ​Terms&ConditionsThe link will be opened in a new browser tab

d.  The balance of Qualifying Points accrued as at 31 December 2025 will not be reset to zero: it will remain unchanged as at 1 January 2026 and may be increased with further Qualifying Points earned until 30 March 2026 (included).

e.  The Promoter and Co-Promoter reserve the right to notify the Members of any changes in the methods of accessing the Member's personal account and/or the section of the Promoter's website dedicated to obtaining the redemption of Points and related benefits.

The following may participate in the Program:

(i)  as Adult Members, all natural persons of at least 16 years of age at the time of registering in the Program;

(ii)  as Minor Members, all natural persons of 2 and 15 years of age (up to and excluding their 16th birthday) at the time of registering in the Program. For the purposes of registering a Minor Member, the Member making the registration pursuant to article 5 below will be asked for a self-declaration certifying their parental/guardianship status and the email address with which they themselves registered in the Program.

It is hereby understood that, in accordance with national law, both Minor Members and Adult Members of the Program who are still minors will require authorization or consent by one or both of the parents/guardians. Registration of minors will only be authorized on valid receipt of said authorization or consent, for which the parent/guardian must be able to provide documented proof to ITA at any time, and said registration will be under the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.

The geographical scope of the Program is the national Italian territory.

Registration

Program registration is always free of charge.

To join the Program, the user must register on  ​www.ita-airways.com website or the "ITA Airways" app, which can be downloaded from the following app stores: Apple Store and Play Store, or through any other channels that may be communicated from time to time by ITA.

When registering for the Program, users will be asked to provide their credentials (email, password) and all other necessary personal details (e.g. first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, address and gender), which are required to log in to the user’s personal account.

With particular reference to the registration of a Minor Member in the Program, the Adult Member who registers the Minor Member will be required to provide a self-declaration certifying their parental/guardianship status and any simultaneous authorizations, as well as the personal email address of the Adult Member, which must coincide with that with which they themselves registered in the Volare Program. The personal data provided by Members when registering in the Program must be truthful and accurate. The Promoter and the Co-promoter reserve the right to verify compliance with the Program registration requirements and correct any typing errors in the data provided, to the extent that this is necessary to allow the Member to participate in the Program. On the first access attempt the Member will be asked to confirm the email address they provided when signing up to the Program. In the event of successful verification, each user will be associated with a unique personal account to enable them to participate in the Program and, consequently, each Member will be assigned one Points wallet only. If the Member joined more than once, they will have to contact Customer Services using the contact details provided in article 12 below, or sign into their personal account and ask for one of the accounts to be deleted.

It should be noted that it is possible to transfer Non-Qualifying Points between two or more accounts within the Family up to a maximum of 100,000 Points per calendar year of duration of the Program; it will also be possible to transfer Non-Qualifying Points between accounts of Members not belonging to the same Family at the terms, conditions, limitations and minimum thresholds indicated by the Promoter case by case in the dedicated section of the ​​website.

ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter reserve the right to carry out appropriate checks to verify compliance with these Regulations and to deny participation and/or exclude Members from the Program and/or cancel any Points and/or Rewards requested by individuals who do not meet the requirements set out in the Regulations, or in the case of previous participation in the Program, at the sole discretion of ITA Airways or third parties appointed by same, failed to observe the Regulations, or used any means, methods and/or tools that, at their sole discretion, are considered suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of the normal operational procedures of the initiative.

In order to earn Points, the Member must be registered at the time of purchasing or taking the first flight and/or using the services of Partners. See how points are earned in the paragraph entitled "Earning Points".

Procedure

Once registered, the Member will receive a Volare Code for their account. Using the Volare Code in their personal account allows members to:

• See their Points balance;
• Receive the accrued Points after each flight the Member books and any other purchase that allows them to earn Points (see the paragraph “Earning Points”);
• Use the Points request feature (so-called "Back-dated credit") in their personal account to receive Points for flights for which the Volare Code was not entered during purchase or at check-in. In this case, the ticket number shall have to be entered into the back-dated credit request. Please note that back-dated credit can only be obtained within 12 (twelve) months of the flight date of the ticket for which Points are being requested. Please also note that back-dated credit can be obtained for partner airline flights, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the dedicated section of the ​website.
• Only for Adult Members, create a Family with other users under the conditions better specified in the following paragraph.

Family

An Adult Member, through their personal account, can create a Family by going to “Create a Family” and adding other accounts to it.

It should be noted that the Family can only consist of active accounts; therefore, if a Member exercises the right of withdrawal, thereby deleting their account, they will be automatically excluded from the Family. If the Family no longer consists of a minimum of 2 accounts (1 Adult Member and 1 Minor Member), it will automatically cease to be active.

If the Adult Member who completed the registration of one or more Minor Members deletes their account, the account of the Minor Member(s) will not be deleted. To delete a Minor Member’s account, the Adult Member must follow the same procedure in place to delete an Adult Member’s account.

Accounts participating in the Family will be able to exchange earned and credited Non-Qualifying Points, up to the maximum threshold of 100,000 Points for each calendar year of the Program duration. The total Points transferred within the Family shall be reset on 31 December of each year of duration of the Program and shall resume on 1 January of the following calendar year. Points transferred within the Family are not included in the calculation of the maximum number of Points transferable between accounts not participating in the Family.

Earning Points

The methods for earning Points will remain unchanged until 30 March 2026 included.

Each Member will have access to their own personal account where they can earn and credit the rightfully earned points.

Points will be credited automatically in the circumstances indicated below, without prejudice to the Member’s need to communicate their Volare Code at the time of purchasing the goods/services promoted by ITA Airways or upon checking in:

• Flights that are both sold and operated by ITA Airways, effectively purchased by or on behalf of the Member, and used by the same individual, without prejudice, as soon as technically possible, to the rewarding of Points also for flights that are sold and/or operated by Partner airline companies, communicated by ITA Airways from time to time in the appropriate section of ​website or the “ITA Airways” app.

It is hereby understood that flights purchased but not taken (also following cancellation, without prejudice to the application of ITA Airways policies regarding any refunds) shall not entitle the Member to earn Points;

• Purchase and use of goods and/or services provided by ITA Airways (onboard boutique), as soon as technically possible;
• Additional Points earning initiatives, communicated from time to time by ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter.

Please note that Points are awarded subject to registration in the Program, which must occur before flying and/or using Partner services. Otherwise, the Member is not entitled to earn Points.

The total sum of the earned points is calculated based on the client’s purchases (the so-called revenue-based model), net of taxes and any other duties (including VAT), based on the €1 = 10 Points model (with potential further increases if a Member is also part of one of the Exclusive Clubs referred to in Article 7 of these Regulations, depending on the type of airline ticket purchased, as shown in Annex A).

Accruing points on the purchase of airline tickets may vary depending on the type of purchase made (class, destination, etc.), with the possibility of receiving bonus Points, in the manner that will be communicated by ITA Airways from time to time. ITA Airways also reserves the right to communicate from time to time the different number of Points that can be earned in relation to the different types of ticket purchased.

With particular reference to Members who purchase airline tickets as part of an Economy, Premium Economy or Business Class group booking, the following Non-Qualifying Points will be awarded:

• 250 Non-Qualifying Points for domestic flights;
• 500 Non-Qualifying Points for international flights;
• 1,500 Non-Qualifying Points for intercontinental flights.

Points earned as part of group bookings may be subject to promotions as communicated case by case by the Promoter and Co-Promoter. The Promoter and the Co-Promoter reserve the right to change the name of the reference class, notifying the Members accordingly.

Non-Qualifying Points can also be earned when purchasing ITA Airways accessory services (e.g. lounge access, class upgrade, or additional baggage, if selected when buying the ticket), possibly receiving bonus Points, in the manner communicated by ITA Airways from time to time in the appropriate section of the ​www.ita-airways.com website or the “ITA Airways” app. In the case of ancillary services, the Points earned are Non-Qualifying Points, unless communicated otherwise by ITA Airways, will not be counted for the purpose of calculating the thresholds to access the Exclusive Clubs as defined in article 7 below, and the multipliers provided for in relation to membership of these Exclusive Clubs will not apply.

We would like to underline that, with the exception of limited-time offers, which will be communicated from time to time in the appropriate section of the ​www.ita-airways.com website or the “ITA Airways” app, the following types of airline tickets do not give the Member the right to earn Points: (i) tickets subject to special terms and conditions (e.g. tickets for employees, humanitarian flights, flights organized by national authorities), (ii) tickets for charter flights, (iii) tickets purchased with e-coupons (discount codes or gift cards), for the partial value of the ticket purchased with the coupon, or tickets purchased in cash&points mode, without prejudice to tickets purchased with Points from the "Points Back" initiative, as better illustrated in the appropriate annex to the Regulations; and (iv) tickets obtained in “award ticket” mode, as better specified below.

Special Points earning methods, subject to update

Starting from 11 July 2023 and until the expiry of the operation, Members who have an ITA Airways American Express Credit Card, obtained and activated in accordance with the terms and conditions of issue provided by American Express, have the right to earn additional Points and, under certain conditions, be re-credited Points spent through the Points Back scheme, as better described in the specific annex to the Regulations.

At the discretion of the Promoter and the Co-Promoter, similar initiatives that provide for the special allocation of Points or other special methods for earning Points, may be periodically proposed, together with the Partners, under the terms and conditions that will be appropriately disclosed in the appropriate section of the ​website or through the “ITA Airways” app.

Using Points

Members can use Points accrued as indicated in the "Earning points" section above, to claim the following Rewards:

• Purchase of ITA Airways air tickets in "cash&points" mode (the indicative values are shown in Annex A) until 30 March 2026;
• Obtaining an "award ticket", for ITA Airways and/or Partner flights (for indicative values, see ​linkThe link will be opened in a new browser tab ) until 30 March 2026;
• Purchase of ancillary services (e.g. lounge access, class upgrade, extra baggage, when selected at the time of purchasing the ticket) of ITA Airways (as soon as technically possible) until 30 March 2026;
• Purchase of Partner goods and services until 30 April 2026;
• Obtaining a “Volare Gift Card” from 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026 by accessing their personal account and using a minimum balance of 50,000 Points, for a value of €100.00, all as better described in the ​Terms&ConditionsThe link will be opened in a new browser tab.

Points can be used within the appropriate section in the personal profile of the ​www.ita-airways.com website or the “ITA Airways” app, as well as in the manners defined and communicated from time to time to the Member by ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter.

Purchases in Cash&Points mode

Before completing each purchase, at any time until 30 March 2026 and for any class of flights available on the ​www.ita-airways.com, website, the Member in question, having ensured they have correctly logged into their personal account, shall enter their Volare Code and the transaction will take place automatically by deducting from the Points balance an amount equivalent to the price of the good/service purchased. The methods of paying the difference between the Points used and the price of the good/service purchased with the “cash&points” system, and any limitations, are indicated on a case by case basis by the Promoter in the “Cash&Points” section of the website ​www.ita-airways.com, in any case before the Member concludes the purchase of the good/service requested. It is hereby understood that any duties and/or taxes (including VAT) cannot be paid for using Points. It is also understood that, in the case of purchasing goods/services via the "cash&points" method, Points will not be earned for the portion paid in cash.

Points will be converted into different currencies according to the IATA exchange rate, which is subject to monthly updates. The minimum amount of Points that can be used by the Member is equal to 1/20 of the cost of the ticket. In the event that the Member's Points balance is not sufficient to cover the full price of the goods/service(s) he/she intends to purchase, the price of the goods/service(s) will in any case be reduced according to the total of available Points. On completion of a transaction that uses earned Points to purchase goods and/or services offered by ITA Airways, the Member will be able to view the points used in the payment summary, account balance and Points wallet.

Award Ticket

Members may use Non-qualifying Points until 30 March 2026 to obtain an "award ticket". Members may request an "award ticket" by contacting Customer Care, following the instructions available at ​linkThe link will be opened in a new browser tab , as well as through a dedicated section within their personal Volare account, and in other ways defined and communicated from time to time to Members by ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter, at the ​terms and conditionsThe link will be opened in a new browser tab "Award tickets" may be requested in Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class for itineraries operated by ITA Airways only, and in Economy and Business Class for mixed itineraries (flights operated jointly by ITA Airways and Partner airlines) or for itineraries operated by partner airlines only. In particular, Members may use Points to cover the cost of the ticket obtained in "award ticket" mode and the related supplements (e.g. distribution and fuel supplements). Please note that taxes and any additional charges (including VAT) cannot be paid using Points. Moreover, it is not possible to earn Points on any portion of the amount paid in currency. The amount of Points required to obtain an "award ticket" is regulated by the tables published and available at the following ​linkThe link will be opened in a new browser tab. Specific limitations and conditions for using Points in "award ticket" mode can be found at the following ​linkThe link will be opened in a new browser tab.

In the case of an operational change or flight cancellation for tickets purchased using Points in “cash&points” and “award ticket” mode, the ITA Airways refund policies will apply (see the following ​link) and, should circumstances permit, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase (Points, cash or a combination of Points and cash, excluding any airport taxes/duties, which will always be refunded as a cash payment). In the event the refund involves the refund of Points, either in part or full, as soon as technically possible, the Member will be able to view their updated Points balance in their Points wallet. It is understood that, once the right of withdrawal from the Program has been exercised and the account definitively cancelled, it will not be possible to obtain a refund of the portion of Points used for any purchases using the "cash&points" or “award ticket” method.

Requests for changes or cancellations to goods/services obtained using Points in “cash&points” and “award ticket” mode, made by Members after 31 March 2026, shall be handled as follows:

• Changes: requests for changes will not be considered.
• Cancellations: cancellation requests will be considered and Members will be refunded only the amount paid in currency in accordance with the law.

Volare Gift Card

From 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, Members will also be able to use their Points for redemption via the “Volare Gift Card” option, by accessing their personal account and using a minimum balance of 50,000 Points, for a value of €100.00, all as better described in the ​​Terms&ConditionsThe link will be opened in a new browser tab.

It is hereby understood that the Points and/or Rewards assigned to the Members cannot be converted to cash. The Member will not be able to earn any further Points as a result of the awarding and use of a Reward, either in part or full, using the earned Points, unless otherwise specified and communicated to Members by ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter.

In terms of the purchase of goods/services using Points, where applicable, said purchases are governed by Article 128 et. seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

Withdrawal

Each Member can withdraw from the Program at any time, at no additional cost, by going to “Delete account” in their personal account on the ​www.ita-airways.com website or through the “ITA Airways” app. The withdrawal will become effective 15 days after the Member has expressed their intention to withdraw from the Program, in the manner described above; once this period has elapsed, the user will lose all earned Points and access to the benefits associated with any Exclusive Clubs, as defined in Article 7 below, of which the Member may be part, as well as the benefits connected with holding a Co-branded Card, as defined in the Annex – ITA Airways – American Express Co-Branded Cards and Points Back.

During the 15 (fifteen) day notice period, the Member may earn new Points, which will however be cancelled upon deletion of the account. However, it is possible, during the 15 (fifteen) day notice period, for the Member to revoke their withdrawal and reactivate their account. It is hereby clarified that the Points earned during the above notice period may not be used unless the Member decides to revoke the withdrawal and reactivate the account.

ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter reserve the right to inform Members - and to make the subsequent amendments to these Regulations pursuant to Article 11 below - about initiatives, additional collaborations and the list of Partners of the Program that will give Members the right to earn and use the Non-Qualifying Points awarded through the purchase of goods and services offered by its Partners, according to the terms and conditions that will be promptly communicated to the Members in the appropriate section of the ​www.ita-airways.com website or the “ITA Airways” app.

The methods for earning and using the Points obtained through the purchase of goods and services offered by the Partners are specified from time to time in relation to each good or service of the Partners, under the terms and conditions which will be communicated from time to time to the Members through the specific section of the website ​www.ita-airways.com or via the "ITA Airways" app.

The list of Partners can be seen at the following ​link. ITA Airways and the Co-Promotor reserve the right to update the list and to make any necessary changes to these Regulations pursuant to article 11 below.

The Program allows Members to access four exclusive ITA Airways clubs (as summarized below) until 30 March 2026. These are divided into four different service access levels, which are based on the number of Points that each Member earns in compliance with the Program regulations, regardless of their subsequent use when claiming rewards ("Exclusive Clubs”).

Each Member's access to the Exclusive Clubs takes place upon reaching the relevant threshold of Qualifying Points, as indicated below (in compliance with the necessary technical times, in any case not exceeding 30 days), as per the relative communication that will be sent to the Member. Membership in an Exclusive Club will continue until the end of the calendar year following the year in which the Exclusive Club is joined (i.e. until the following 31 December, or until expiration of the Program on 30 March 2026, whichever occurs earlier). Access to the Exclusive Clubs will entitle the Member to the following benefits, as well as to all the benefits communicated from time to time by ITA Airways:

• Smart Club:
  • The ability to access the Program and earn Points for each purchase of goods/services offered by ITA;
  • Access to a vast network of commercial partnerships that allow the Member to earn and use Points, as communicated from time to time in accordance with Article 6 above;
  • Purchase of accessory services using Points.
• Plus Club (requires 30,000 Qualifying Points to access and maintain membership): 
  • Smart benefits;
  • Additional luggage allowance;
  • Priority luggage delivery;
  • Priority boarding;
  • Priority check-in and transfer desk;
  • Priority lost and found service;
  • Free seat selection in the aircraft's area reserved for the Member’s Club;
  • Dedicated customer service.
• Premium Club (requires 60,000 Qualifying Points to access and maintain membership):
  • Plus benefits;
  • Access to ​lounges owned by or made available to ITA Airways
  • ​Fast track (see the list of airports where the Fast Track service is available)
• Executive Club (requires 90,000 Qualifying Points to access and maintain membership):
  • Premium benefits;
  • Additional Club Card*;
  • Free transportation of golf equipment.

*The Additional Club Card is issued free of charge. It cannot be exchanged for money, replaced with any other goods or services, or used for any other purpose. Any attempt to sell or profit from the same in any way or form, or any illicit use of this Additional Club Card will result in the immediate cancellation of the card, including suspension of the member claimant’s or beneficiary’s Volare profile. ITA reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks to ensure that the Additional Club Card is provided in accordance with these Regulations, in full compliance with the Privacy legislation. Members are asked to inform the ITA Airways customer services of any suspicious or fraudulent activity in relation to the Additional Club Card.

The value of the individual Reward is based on the value of the air fares in force at the time of issuance of same or the value of ITA Airways or its Partners’ services/products (see the list at the following ​link) at the time of issuing same. The overall estimated value of the prize pool is €30,000,000 (thirty million).

In accordance with Article 7 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001, a 20% deposit of the overall, estimated value of the prize pool has been paid, in accordance with the laws in force.

The Program allows Points to be earned up to 30 March 2026 included, by which date Members may also use the Points to purchase tickets in "cash&points" and "award tickets" mode and to purchase ancillary services, as better specified in Article 5 above. Subsequently, Members will be able to use their Points as follows: (i) from 1 April to 30 June 2026, they will be able to use their Points to obtain the Volare Gift Card; (ii) from 31 March 2026 to 30 April 2026, they will be able to request goods/services offered by Program Partners. The Rewards will be delivered to the entitled party at the same time, with the exception of any Rewards that must be delivered to the Member's home (which must be communicated when requesting material Rewards). ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter will do all in their power to deliver said Rewards within 90 days of the request.

Handling of Complaints after 30 March 2026

From 31 March 2026 to 31 December 2027, any complaints may be submitted to ITA Airways by sending an email to ​volaremembersupport@ita-airways.com. Subsequently, you will be able to contact the ITA Airways customer service using the contacts details set forth in Article 12 below. The ITA Airways Customer Center will respond to any complaints as soon as possible and, in any case, within 20 days of receiving same.

ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter reserve the right to modify, even partially and at any time, the participation procedures of the Program, it being understood that such modifications will not affect the rights acquired by the Members in the meantime and that adequate communication is provided, using the same means with which the Program was brought to the attention of the Members, or other equivalent means (e.g. by email communication).

ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter, in their capacity as Joint Controllers, inform Members that the personal data freely provided by them for the purpose of participation in the Program will be processed in accordance with the information available in the following ​link.

For everything else not expressly foreseen and governed by the present Regulations, please refer to the applicable laws and regulations, in particular Italian Presidential Decree 26 October 2001, No. 430, published in the Official Gazette (Gazzetta Ufficiale -G.U.) on 13 December 2001, No. 289), and successive amendments and integrations.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Regulation and the mandatory provisions of the aforementioned legislation, the latter must be understood as prevailing over the former.

These Regulations are subject to Italian law.

Any dispute relating to this Program (and related Regulations) will be referred to the competent court of law.
