Group Travel and Charter Flights

If you are traveling as a group, ITA Airways offers dedicated solutions through its network of authorized travel agencies.

Group Travel Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 passengers must travel together on at least one flight segment.
  • Flight must be operated by ITA Airways.
  • Request must be submitted through a travel agency.

Your request must include the following information:

  • Airport of departure
  • Airport of destination
  • Number of passengers
  • Preferred schedule.


Main Conditions

Group bookings are subject to special conditions.

Payment methods and timelines are defined in the group offer and contract.

You may reduce the number of passengers within the contractual deadlines, provided the minimum number required is met.

Passenger names must be communicated within the deadlines specified in the group contract.

Tickets must be issued within the timeframe established in the group contract.

Changes and Amendments

Modifications are permitted under the conditions agreed in the group contract. Groups must travel together on at least one flight segment.
