Business Class passengers enjoy exclusive check-in counters, dedicated security lanes, and priority boarding. For medium- and long-haul flights, the allowance includes 2 checked bags weighing up to 32 kg each and 2 carry-on bags weighing up to 8 kg, plus one personal item; for short-haul flights, the allowance includes 2 checked bags weighing up to 23 kg each and 2 carry-on bags weighing up to 8 kg. After landing, baggage will be delivered on a priority basis.

On long-haul flights, the plush leather seats recline up to 180° and offer direct aisle access. On medium- and long-haul flights, the lighting system is designed to ensure a relaxing flight in interiors created by designer Walter de Silva. You’ll be welcomed by an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. On short-haul flights, you can enjoy the empty seat next to you, allowing you to work more efficiently or simply relax and enjoy the flight. (Only on flights operated by ITA Airways, with the exception of flights operated by the Airbus A220).

On board our long-haul Business Class flights, we’ll be happy to provide you with an elegant amenity kit containing useful items such as soft socks, an eye mask, and earplugs, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste for maximum comfort. You will also receive a QC Terme-branded toiletries bag to make your journey even more pleasant and relaxing.

On short-haul flights, you can enjoy a dedicated in-flight service tailored to the time of day.
