Onboard services vary depending on travel class and flight duration—from drinks on shorter flights to snacks on short-haul routes and multi-course meals on intercontinental flights. Special meals can be requested on select routes and in certain travel classes. For details, see the onboard menus for each travel class.

Your included baggage allowance and any fees for extra bags depend on your travel class and fare type. You can find all details on the baggage rules for your flight here.

Your pet can be transported either in the cabin or in the climate-controlled and pressurized cargo hold, depending on its type, weight, and size, as well as national and international regulations. Please note that only dogs and cats are allowed, both in the cabin and the cargo hold. As there are limited spaces available for pet transport on board (either in the cabin or the cargo hold), we recommend reserving the service at least 48 hours prior to departure via the designated channels. For more details, please visit the dedicated page.

If you have reduced mobility or a disability, you can request assistance either when booking your flight or at a later time. Within Italy, please reach out to the ITA Airways Assistance Team or email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
