Whether you’re organizing a trade fair, a conference, a small corporate meeting or a major event, ITA Airways offers dedicated services and bespoke packages.
Here are the benefits available to individual attendees of events, trade fairs and conferences:
- Dedicated rates in Business Class, Premium, Economy Class for travel in the 5 days before and after the event;
- Rates applicable on each destination served by ITA Airways with the exception of routes operated under territorial continuity;
- The offer can be applied on flex rates or classic rates according to the needs of the participants, promotional and light rates are excluded;
- The discount is applied on all travel classes;
- A minimum of 30 participants is required for the rates to apply;
- For major events and conferences, requests must be made at least four months in advance;
- For small events and incentive trips, requests must be made at least one month before the event;
- The organizer of the event may book through a dedicated landing page on the ITA Airways website or through their travel agency;

Traveling together is better!
If participants are traveling on the same flight and the group is between 10 and 99 passengers, you can get a real-time quote through SMART GROUP, the dedicated group booking tool on the ITA Airways Connect website.
Using the platform you can:
- Choose the best flight and rate option among the different offers proposed;
- Save the chosen option and book;
- Manage bookings (e.g., change dates, enter names, add or reduce the number of passengers);
- View and download a copy of the agreement;
- Receive notifications when the options provided for in the agreement expire (e.g. entering names and issuing tickets);
Remember:
- The personalized offer is non-binding;
- Participants’ personal details must be provided at least 14 days before departure;
- Travel documents (tickets) are issued 5 days before departure;
