On board the long-haul Business Class, the dining experience is a story of flavors that accompanies every step of the flight.

A menu that enhances the richness of Italian cuisine through seasonal produce, selected ingredients, and a constant focus on sustainability.

There’s more to savour at every moment

The dining experience is divided into two main moments, with an additional offering on routes longer than 11 hours.

Lunch or dinner

A carefully curated table setting service and the freedom to choose when and what to enjoy, according to the concept of dine anytime.

You are greeted by an aperitif  with snacks and a selection of cocktails including Spritz, Mimosa and Gin-and-Tonic.

The journey through the flavors of our country continues with a full dining experience:

  • Appetizer
  • A choice of three types of traditional Italian pasta
  • Two main course options, meat or fish, served with a side dish
  • Assortment of Italian cheeses
  • Dessert
  • Sliced fresh fruit

To complete, there is a wine list with selected Italian wines, along with a beverage selection that, in addition to soft drinks, includes craft beers, spirits and traditional liqueurs such as amaro, limoncello and vin santo.

The service ends with the taste and unmistakable aroma of illy coffee.
