Lounge access is reserved for passengers departing on an ITA Airways‑operated flight under one of the following conditions:

• Passengers traveling in Business / Short-Haul Business Class (excluding Short-Haul Business Class Classic)
• Hon Circle / Senator members of the Miles & More program
• Miles & More Frequent Travellers (access granted to Lufthansa Group Business Lounges when departing on an ITA Airways-operated flight)
• Gold passengers of Star Alliance member airlines;
• Holders of an ITA Airways American Express Platinum Credit Card
• Holders of an ITA Airways American Express Gold Credit Card, with two lounge access vouchers per year.

In addition to the categories above, holders of the VIP CARD SAC are also granted access to the Piazza Vincenzo Bellini Lounge at Catania Fontanarossa Airport.
Please note that access is restricted to the day of travel on an ITA Airways flight and/or connecting with another ITA Airways flight.

Are you departing on an ITA Airways-operated flight but do not meet the requirements for complimentary lounge access?
No problem—you can purchase a single-entry pass using your preferred option:

• directly at our lounges;
• in airport ticket offices served by ITA Airways;
• at affiliated travel agents;
• by contacting our ​Customer Information Assistance Office.

*Currently, paid access is available only for the Piazza di Spagna Lounge.

This service is non-refundable.

The Air France ORY2 Lounge at Paris Orly Airport is temporarily closed for renovation works. In the meantime, you can access the TAP Premium Lounge, located in Terminal 1B.

The “Genova Lounge” is currently closed for renovation works. Until reopening, ITA Airways Customers can collect a voucher at the Priority check-in desk or at the ITA Airways ticket office at the airport, which can be used at participating food and beverage outlets.

A significant chapter in Lufthansa’s history returns: 70 years after the first Lufthansa flight to Stuttgart, our lounge reopens, completely renovated.

Enjoy a significantly enhanced level of comfort: at the Barista Coffee Bar in the Senator Lounge, you can indulge in moments of pure pleasure, while automated access control ensures fast and seamless entry. Different comfort areas allow you to work, relax, or dine according to your preferences.

The Lufthansa Lounge in Washington, D.C. will undergo a major renovation from October 2025 through the end of 2026. In the meantime, passengers flying with Lufthansa Group airlines will have access to the following lounges:

• Turkish Airlines Lounge for passengers traveling in First Class and Business Class, and for HON Circle Members and Senators (Concourse B, opposite gate B42)
• British Airways Lounge for passengers traveling in First Class and for HON Circle Members (gate B50)
• United Polaris Lounge for passengers traveling in First Class and Business Class (Concourse C, between gates C14 and C18)
• United Club Lounge for passengers traveling in First Class and Business Class, and for HON Circle Members and Senators (Concourse C, between gates C14 and C18)

The Munich apron has been undergoing renovation work since August 2025. For this reason, unfortunately, at the moment no lounge is available for Business Class passengers and status holders traveling to Tel Aviv. Until the renovation work is completed, eligible passengers will receive a voucher at check-in for the services available in Hall F.

Now that ITA Airways has joined the Lufthansa Group, the lounge offering is also expanding. Passengers traveling in First Class and Business Class, as well as status holders, can benefit from harmonized lounge access. Travellers with access rights can now also use the ITA Airways lounges in Rome-Fiumicino, Milan-Linate and Catania-Fontanarossa, among others.

HON Circle Members with connecting flights operated by Discover Airlines may access the First Class Terminal and the First Class Lounges located in Departure Areas A and B.

HON Circle Members, Senators, and Star Gold status holders may continue to bring guests into Lufthansa Group and Star Alliance lounges worldwide, in accordance with the applicable regulations, whether they are family members or business colleagues. As of May 3, 2021, guests must be traveling on the same flight.
