Assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility
If you are a passenger with reduced mobility or a disability, you may request assistance when booking or at a later stage by contacting the ITA Airways Assistance Team from Italy, or by writing to the dedicated email address The link will be opened in a new browser tab([email protected]), no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Submitting a request for assistance in advance to the operating carrier allows the airline to assess the passenger’s specific needs (to ensure safety) and to manage the allocation of designated seats on board for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. Under EU regulations, the number of such seats may be limited, depending on the type and configuration of the aircraft. Under US regulations, there is no limit to the number of passengers with disabilities who may travel on a single flight.
