- Decide how many miles you would like to redeem
- Complete the transaction securely

There could be several reasons for this. Either you have not signed into ita-airways.com with your login details, or you have not yet reached the required mileage amount of at least 3,000 miles. Cash & Miles is also not yet available in all markets.
