ITA Airways is committed to promoting and spreading a corporate culture based on ethics and transparency. To this end, ITA Airways expects all those operating in the Company’s work environment, such as employees, top management, members of corporate bodies and/or business partners, to report violations of:
- Applicable rules and regulations;
- Code of Ethics;
- Organization, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 dated June 8, 2001;
- Management system for the prevention of corruption;
- System of powers and delegations;
- Internal business regulatory framework (Health and Safety Procedure and other internal policies and procedures, etc.).
To this end, in light of Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, ITA Airways has implemented internal whistleblowing channels for reporting breaches and irregularities (unlawful acts and/or behaviors, whether committed actively or by an omission to act, which harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company). These channels ensure the whistleblower’s identity and the information contained in the report remain confidential, so as to protect the whistleblower from retaliation. Although anonymous reports are accepted, we recommend whistleblowers make themselves known so as to expedite and make the investigations more effective.
ITA Airways has adopted a computerized platform, managed by a specialized third party, through which it is possible to make reports both in writing and by means of a voice message.
