Additional Information

The discount for Sicilian residents applies to ITA Airways flights connecting Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate to Catania and Palermo. It is valid for both outbound and inbound journeys, including one-way flights.

  • The discount is valid for travel up to and including 28 February 2026.
  • The offer is available until 28 February 2026.
  • Hand luggage is always included.
  • Passengers in "Priority Categories" can purchase tickets online at the standard discounted rate and request a refund of the additional fee from the Department of Infrastructure, Mobility and Transport within 30 days of the flight.
  • If a passenger within a group booking (i.e., multiple passengers under a single PNR) decides to cancel their trip and request a refund (where permitted by fare rules), this must be communicated to the ITA Airways Contact Center at least 3 hours before departure. This ensures the request can be properly processed by the company's current systems.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase discounted tickets for Sicilian residents.
