Check-in

Check-in for ITA Airways flights at Rome Fiumicino Airport is located in Terminal 1.

The following counters are open for check-in and baggage handling:

• Counters 1 to 10 for Priority and unaccompanied minors
• Counter 10A for passengers with reduced mobility
• Counters 109A to 109E for groups and families
• Check-in for all destinations served by ITA Airways is available at counters 11 to 34 and 43 to 49

Upon arrival at check-in, you must present a valid passport or identity card, depending on your destination, and must have any documentation required for entry into the destination and/or transit country.

Has your identity card expired, or have you forgotten it? You can use the "ID Card on the Fly" service, available at Terminal 3, Departures—First Floor Ticket Office.
