Business Class passengers enjoy exclusive check-in counters, dedicated security lanes, and priority boarding. For medium- and long-haul flights, the allowance includes 2 checked bags weighing up to 32 kg each and 2 carry-on bags weighing up to 8 kg, plus one personal item; for short-haul flights, the allowance includes 2 checked bags weighing up to 23 kg each and 2 carry-on bags weighing up to 8 kg. After landing, your baggage will receive priority handling.
On long-haul flights, the plush leather seats recline up to 180° and offer direct aisle access. On medium- and long-haul flights, the lighting system is designed to ensure a relaxing flight in interiors created by designer Walter de Silva. Enjoy an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. On short-haul flights operated by ITA Airways, the adjacent seat remains free, offering extra space to work, relax, or enjoy the flight. This service does not apply to flights operated with the Airbus A220.
On board our long-haul Business Class flights, we’ll be happy to provide you with an exclusive amenity kit containing useful items such as soft socks, an eye mask, and earplugs, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste for maximum comfort. You will also receive a QC Terme-branded toiletries bag to make your journey even more pleasant and relaxing.
On short-haul flights, you can enjoy a dedicated in-flight service tailored to the time of day.
Business Class travelers can expect seasonal ingredients and well-balanced dishes inspired by Italian culinary tradition. On long-haul flights, a curated wine list featuring reknown wineries is available, along with a menu that blends tradition and innovation to showcase Italian cuisine.
