All passengers traveling on flights operated by ITA Airways can purchase an upgrade to Business Class or Premium Economy directly on board. The offer is applicable only on long-haul intercontinental routes operated by Airbus A350-900, A330-900, and A330-200 aircraft.
Upgrades purchased on board are valid for a single flight only and do not include any connecting flights. Upgrades are subject to seat availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, at the sole discretion of ITA Airways. The service is non-refundable.
