On short- and medium-haul flights operated with the Airbus A320neo, you can stream a free selection from the long-haul program to your own device (smartphone or tablet) through the onboard network.

If your flight is canceled, we will, where possible, offer to rebook you on another ITA Airways flight or arrange a comparable travel alternative so you can reach your destination as quickly as possible. You may also choose a full refund of your ticket price.

If an alternative is offered and you decide to make your own arrangements instead, we are not required to reimburse any additional costs or provide further assistance.

Your pet can be transported either in the cabin or in the climate-controlled and pressurized cargo hold, depending on its type, weight, and size, as well as national and international regulations. Please note that only dogs and cats are allowed, both in the cabin and the cargo hold. As there are limited spaces available for pet transport on board (either in the cabin or the cargo hold), we recommend reserving the service at least 48 hours prior to departure via the designated channels.
