For all tickets purchased up to 31 May 2022, change is always free on all flights and in all travel classes (Light Fare excluded).
Here are the terms of the free change:
- The change can be requested before the departure date of the trip or even later (within one year from the date of the original flight), as long as the passenger cancels the flight booking before departure (no-show not allowed)
- The change of booking does not provide for the application of the penalty, but a tariff supplement may be applied
- Change of destination is allowed, upon payment of a fare difference based on the destination and any difference in the booking class, between destinations of the same geographical type:
a. Original ticket with domestic destination for a different domestic destination
b. Original ticket with destination in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East and/or another destination in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East
