Event Organizers
Whatever kind of event you are organizing you can count on us!
Whether you are organizing a fair, a congress, a small business conference or a large event, ITA Airways offers you dedicated services and personalized offers.
Here are the advantages reserved for individual participants in events, fairs and congresses:
- Dedicated rates in Business Class, Premium, Economy Class for travel in the 5 days before and after the event;
- Rates applicable on each destination served by ITA Airways with the exception of routes operated under territorial continuity;
- The offer can be applied on flex rates or classic rates according to the needs of the participants, promotional and light rates are excluded;
- The discount is applied on all travel classes;
- A minimum of 60 participants is required for the release of the rates;
- For large events and congresses the request must be made at least 2 months in advance;
- For small events and incentives, the request must be made at least one month before the event;
- The organizer of the event can issue tickets directly from the ITA Airways website or through its reference travel agency

Group Travel
Travelling in company is worthwhile!
If all travellers fly together, and the group size is from 10 to 99 passengers, you can get a quote in real time through SMART GROUP, the dedicated tool for group bookings on the B2B community!
Through the platform you can:
- Choose the best flight and rate option among the different offers proposed;
- Save the chosen option and book;
- Manage bookings (eg. change dates, enter names, add or reduce the number of passengers);
- View and download a copy of the agreement;
- Receive notifications when the options provided for in the contract expire (e.g. entering names and issuing tickets);
Remember:
- The personalized offer is non-binding;
- The personal information of the participants must be communicated at least 14 days before departure;
