before proceeding we consider it appropriate to inform you that, at the moment, the Volare area, the registration, your personal area and the correspondence relating to participation in the program are only available in Italian and English.
ITA Airways has already taken steps to ensure that the entire Volare program and the connected communication flow are made available as soon as possible in the language of your country.
Effective May 1, 2025, all non-Thai Nationals travelling to Thailand are required to complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before their arrival in the country to ensure a faster, easier and more secure immigration process and avoid any inconvenience at the airport.
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) can be completed within 3 days before the date of arrival in Thailand, through the following link tdac.immigration.go.th
