Please note that from 20:00 GMT on 16 April to 00:00 GMT on 17 April 2024 it will not be possible to purchase new tickets through any sales channel ( ITA Airways website and APP, Customer Center, airport ticket offices, travel agencies) due to our IT systems being updated.
During this time, the following operations may still be carried out:
- Online check-in for flights where this is required (read here for any exceptions) ;
- Issuing tickets linked to existing bookings, including those generated with the "Time to Think" service;
- Buying ancillary services linked to the flight, except upgrades to a higher service class;
- Full or partial cancellation of a booking.
