- Changes are only possible for flights taking place in the period 8 September – 30 November 2023 (period of travel). Within this period, it is permitted to change date / time /destination. Only one change is permitted per ticket.
- Change of destination is always permitted within the same network sector (national with national, international with international and intercontinental with intercontinental)
- The promotion allows a change to be made free of charge, with the understand that the customer should pay a supplement to the ticket price in the following cases:
- Unavailability of the original booking class
- For the same booking class, a different destination that requires an additional fee
