If you need assistance with your baggage, before leaving the airport, contact the ITA Airways Baggage Assistance desk, Arrivals Area, where dedicated staff can help you in case of:
to retrieve your baggage as quickly as possible and arrange for it to be returned to the address you indicated
to check if you can receive a new suitcase with the same characteristics as the damaged one or a voucher for the purchase of ITA Airways tickets
LOST & FOUND
Have you left a personal item aboard an ITA Airways flight arriving at Fiumicino or in a ITA Airways lounge at Fiumicino?
You can request assistance from our Baggage Assistance Office, Arrivals Area, or write to the service Found Items, at the email address email@example.com, providing your:
- First name
- Personal details (address, telephone, email, fax)
- Date of loss
- Flight number
- A detailed description of the lost object
Please note that the objects found will be kept by ITA Airways for 20 days from the date of being found, beyond which they will be entrusted to the ADR Found Objects Office.
