Special meals
It is possible to book a special meal on Intercontinental flights (in all classes), on International flights in Business class and on International flights over 3 hours also in Economy class.
Bookings can be made:
- when buying your ticket
- on the ita-airways.com website or via our APP ITA Airways;
- through our Customer Center;
- through travel agencies.
- after purchasing your ticket
- through 'Manage my Booking' up to 24 hours before the departure of the flight.
Note: Please be advised that ITA Airways cannot guarantee that meals are completely free of allergen traces, as cross-contamination may occur during meal preparation, at supplier facilities, or on board the aircraft.

Peanut allergies
If you have a peanut allergy, please note that we cannot guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contamination on board. We therefore remind you to always carry the necessary medications for treating your allergy (such as an EpiPen, anaphylactic drugs, a thermal bag, and any other remedies prescribed by your physician or specialist).
